The Platform allows filmmakers to distribute their movies to top streaming platforms, access detailed analytics, and participate in opportunities for fair revenue sharing.

3. User Eligibility

There are no specific eligibility requirements to use the Platform. However, by using our services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal right to enter into agreements.

4. User Responsibilities

Filmmakers and other users must ensure they:

• Own or have the necessary rights to the content they submit.
• Comply with all applicable laws and our content guidelines when using the Platform.

5. Revenue Sharing and Payments

Revenue sharing and payment terms will be negotiated in separate agreements depending on which movie is picked up by which streaming platform. Payment methods, timelines, and percentages will be outlined in these specific agreements.

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

Filmmakers retain full ownership of their content unless they sell 100% of the rights to the Platform. By using the Platform, filmmakers grant us the necessary licensing rights to distribute their content as agreed in separate distribution agreements.

7. Termination

The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform or its users. Users can terminate their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, the distribution of films, or any related services. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated via email. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Third-Party Logos

All logos and trademarks displayed on the Platform belong to third-party streaming platforms and other partners. Movierites LLC does not claim any ownership or rights to these logos. Filmmakers and other users of the Platform do not acquire any rights to these third-party logos by using the Platform.
